We are interested in knowing you as a person and want to understand what is important to you. Therefore we will need to get to know you and your dental goals at our first meeting.

Our First Meeting

Please print and fill out all the forms at the left before your appointment to help make your first visit as productive as possible.

It is important for you to give thought to what you want for yourself, today and in the future. After we are both clear on the dental goals you have set for yourself, we will examine your mouth to establish a diagnosis.

Diagnosis is the most important step we will take in our journey together. Together, we will learn about the conditions present in your mouth and what they mean. Observing and understanding the conditions present in your mouth will enable you to make an informed decision about your dental future.

After completing a thorough examination, we will then decide whether additional evaluation is appropriate. This may involve taking x-ray pictures, making plaster models of your teeth, and performing diagnostic tests.

The bio-compatibility  testing of all dental materials used in the restoration and treatment of the mouth is performed on a routine and individual basis.

Developing a plan

Once we know the condition of your mouth and have a clear understanding of your short and long term goals we can cooperatively develop a plan to guide us in the restoration and preservation of your dental health. Please contact us today and then take the time to fill out the required forms on the left before your visit.
